Dave Clark is the Owner and Brewmaster of Rock City Brewing.  Dave has immersed himself in all aspects of the beer industry and is a truly passionate member of the craft beer community.  Formerly a brewer at the award winning Hoppin’ Frog Brewery of Akron, Ohio, Dave is also a Nationally ranked BJCP judge and a Certified Cicerone.  Dave has worked on the distribution and supply side of the beer industry, honing his skills in preparation for the opening of Rock City Brewing.  He’s also been an active member in homebrew clubs, previously a member of S.A.A.Z of Akron, President of S.N.O.B.S. of Cleveland and a current member of the Dunedin Brewer’s Guild. 

Besides his passion for all things craft beer related, Dave is an accomplished musician and songwriter having recorded solo as well as with the bands Dreamer and Dia Pason from Ohio.  Dave is an avid baseball fan, loves college football and enjoys skiing (though not so much now that he is a permanent resident of the State of Florida).
